The GSRS holds meetings quarterly and alternate between a location in Stokes and Rockingham Counties. All meetings are held beginning at 2:30 pm and the board of directors meeting at 1:30 pm. Below is the schedule for the upcoming meetings:

Apr 13th Madison-Mayodan Public Library - Jeff Bullins is going to show us the H Lee Waters Film about Western Rockingham County.

The swap meetings are held two times a year, once in Stokes and Rockingham Counties. The hours are from 9 am to 4 pm. We ask that everyone bring a covered dish to share for lunch, this way no one has to leave to get lunch.

Come join the Register of Deeds and GSRS. We will be holding small workshop on different topics about researching your family. Everyone can go in the vault and research their family with members who know how to find info. Lunch will be provided by the Register of Deeds office.
